Q: Why am I not receiving my activation email?
A: Some email servers identify the activation email as SPAM, please check your SPAM folder. Eg, gmail accounts move activation emails into its SPAM folder.
Q: I am an international client and I can't checkout to complete my order?
A: International shipping is worked out independently from the website. Please email your book requirements plus your physical address to email@example.com. We will reply with a quotation.
Q: I cannot find the book I’m looking for?
A: We are in the process of uploading new titles on the website and the book you require might be in the process of being uploaded. Alternatively, chat with us online for any enquiries.
Q: Do you buy second hand books?
A: In the beginning of every semester we buy second hand university textbooks. Only prescribed textbooks. December, we buy second hand school textbooks. Only prescribed textbooks.We also buy Africana books - please contact our Africana section on 012 362 6071 for further details.
Q: How do I pay with Eduloan?
A: Add the book you need to your basket, then click on `checkout`. Fill in the needed shipping addresses and login information. Under the payment options pick the `eduloan` payment option. Please make sure that you used a valid email address or phone number so our sales team can then contact you to finalize the order.
